   •    Goods refer to the items offered for sale through our website.
   •    Orders mean a request made by You to purchase Goods from Us.
   •    Website refers to NOVA Scientific Inc., accessible at www.novainnovates.com.
   •    You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason.

Cancellation Deadline
The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party (not the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the delivered product.

We will process your reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and no fees will be charged for the refund.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
   •    The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
   •    The Goods are in their original packaging.
   •    The Goods are unused and undamaged.
   •    You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
   1.    Customized or personalized Goods.
   2.    Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
   3.    Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.
   4.    Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Exclusions

Only regularly priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are non-refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.

Shipping Recommendations
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds will not be issued without proof of receipt or return delivery.

Refunds for Gifts
   •    If the Goods were marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
   •    If the Goods were not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
